10 fats to make you fit
It is quite confusing to know which fat is good and which is not.
With so many options and new researches and studies each day it´s easy to get confused and eat the wrong food.
Here are ten fats to make you fit. Eat the right fat instead of the bad one and get fit and not fat. Just because it's good fat doesn't mean that you can eat as much as you want but it does mean it is a better option.
10 fats to make you fit:
olives/ olive oil
Nuts
Seeds
Avocado
Fat fish – tuna, salmon, mackerel or herring
Butter with Omega-3 and no hydrogenated fats
Vegetable oils such as nut oil, flax seed oil and canola oil.
If you make sure you eat the right fat you will stay healthy and energetic. Looking at this list it doesn't seem to be too difficult to eat good fats.
Replacing bad fat for good fat can seem difficult or even impossible in the beginning but once you start you will see how good it it taste and you might, just like me, find you aren´t too tempted to eat the bad fat any longer.
Now go and clean out the bad fat from your cupboards and fill them with good and tasty fat.
So useful to have a list of good fats … the trick is to work out ways of making sure you use these fats rather than saturated fats in your daily diet, and that takes a bit of thought, to sort out what works for you. The easiest thing is to stop buying prepared foods, and make them yourself – not as daunting as it sounds, once you get into the rhythm of it, and spend a little time doing things ahead when you feel like it and have time. Now I wouldn’t do it any other way, but three years ago, before my husband had a heart attack, it was a different story.

Ye, very good advice Joanna, thank you!
Surprised to see butter on the list, as it is a saturated fat. Besides fish, seeds and nuts, other foods with Omega-3 fatty acids, are dark green vegetables such as spinach and broccoli.
