It is easy for us to think we do everything right and also to let our little slips go unnoticed. If we don't keep track of what we did during the week we might never get to the goal we set up.

That is why I have created a simple but necessary questionnaire for you to answer at the end of the week. As you are now on day 9 you should be able to answer all of these questions and are also able to see where you need to improve. Also not that you are not advised to weigh yourself but to measure.

Questions:

1: How many cups of water do you drink daily?
Do you need to drink more water?

2: Did you exercise this week?
If yes- what exercise did you do and how many minutes?

3: Did you eat a balanced diet do you think?
Do you perhaps need to eat more salad?

4: Are your sugar cravings under control?
If not; are you drinking and eating right?

5: What days did you eat more than you should have and what did you eat? That includes extra snacking, chocolate, sweets and desserts or fried food.

6: What did you feel you shouldn't have done? ( I shouldn't have had so much chocolate pie at Mary's b-day party, should have skipped the extra refill of coke, should have gone up earlier and walked to work etc)

7: What did you do that you are proud of in terms of exercising and eating?

8: How happy are you on a scale 1-5 when measuring how your week went? Number 1 being not happy at all and 5 extremely happy.

9: What is your goal for next week? (Eat less calories, walk more, exercise more, drink more water etc)

10: If you want to lose weight add your measurements here:
If you are not interested in losing weight but staying healthy you can still add your numbers to make sure you are staying healthy.

11: Add any information you think is important.

Copy and answer for you to see how your week was. Save your answers to compare to next weeks answers. To keep even more control over what you eat and how much exercise you do you can write a fitness diary or blog.

Now how was your week? I definitely slipped on a few points and need to eat a little better this week and add a few cups of water per day.
