31 Days to a New you: Day 11: 15 minutes you don't want to miss

But it is time for us to add another 15 minutes to our exercise program and these are 15 minutes you don't want to miss. And this time it is to work up your strength. The important thing when starting an exercise program is to not over do it so start slowly with some light exercises.
You don't have to worry that it will take up a lot of time because this is something you can do at home when watching TV, no need to go to the gym. Of course if you can do the exercises directly after your daily walk it would be good but if not you can easily do them at night when you have time, just be sure to warm up a little before.
Remember "The one minute workout"? A great way to work out for those who have no time to exercise. Easy exercises that won't take long but will definitely help you get stronger and more energetic.
Add 15 minutes to your workout 3-4 times a week and you will start to feel and perhaps even see the difference by the time we enter into 2008. Start with a few repetitions of each exercise and add up as you get stronger.
What can you do at home? Sit-ups, push-ups, dips, wall push-ups. To name a few. More example of exercises you can do you can find at Free-Online-Health with pictures to guide you on how to do the exercises.
And yes, it will be tiring in the beginning but continuous training will get you a long way!
