31 Days to a New You
by Linda Hernestal da Silva on December 17, 2007
You know that it is mostly in your head right? The way you imagine that others see you. Some continue to think they are fitter than they actually are and some that they are bigger than they are in reality.
Imagining yourself thin can help you a lot when it comes to losing weight. If you set up a realistic image of yourself in your mind then it will be easier to continue this struggle. I say struggle because for most people it is a struggle to resist the daily temptations.
All of your goals should be realistic so try to keep it that way. Imagine how it would feel walking down the street, go on a date, buy new clothes, travel or whatever situation that you feel is stressful because of your weight. Imagine how it would feel and use it as a way to motivate yourself and you swill see that it becomes so much easier to reach your goal.
