31 Days to a New you: Day 20:Burn calories Christmas shopping
The Christmas shopping is a necessary but very tiring thing we do every year. We always say we will be on time next year to buy our gifts but when Christmas approach we still haven't bought anything and end up doing it at the last minute.

The last minute shopping means much more stress and you probably have no energy to even think about exercise. Well you shouldn't feel too bad about it actually; going shopping burns more calories than you might think. Just by doing the Christmas shopping you can burn up to 1400 calories in one day. If you have a big family you might need to go several times which means even more calories burned.

Everything burns calories, going shopping, finding Christmas cards and even the wrapping. And this is the time of year when you actually get to exercise and spend money at the same time. So go shopping, burn some calories and at the end of the day put your feet up and feel good about yourself for surviving yet another year of last minute shopping. Then start telling yourself you will buy next years gifts in time...
