Out with the old and in with the new, it's time for you to get to know your labels and secure your pantry against unhealthy food.

Go through your pantry and set aside everything that is not healthy such as jams, chips and snacks. At Healthy Food you will find the healthy food pantry checklist which will help you so that you always have healthy options at home. It is a basic list of good ingredients to have at home ensuring healthier eating.

But having a checklist won't help much unless you know what you are buying so learn to read your labels and make healthier choices! As the outside many times is better than the inside; don't be fooled by the package, read the labels and get the facts!
