Go through your pantry and set aside everything that is not healthy such as jams, chips and snacks. But having a checklist won't help much unless you know what you are buying so learn to read your labels and make healthier choices! As the outside many times is better than the inside; don't be fooled by the package, read the labels and get the facts!
