There are hundreds of sports to chose from so there is surely something to suit you. If you are not sure what sports to take up then try a new one. Or why not try a new one every month?
You can try, yoga, volleyball, beach volley, horse riding, hockey, running, walking, cycling, mountain bike riding, baseball, golf, climbing, tennis, boxing, martial arts
and many more. There are so many different sports that it will take a lifetime to get through them all if you ask me. So you have tried Tai Chi but have you tried Tai Chi Chuan? From one sport you can discover many alternatives. So don't give up if you haven't found the right sport for you, try an alternative sport and start exercising!
