Unfortunately we forget to supply our body with all the water it needs. Our body starts telling us it's thirsty and gives us signs like headaches and thirst
. I have always known that if you don't drink enough water you can get headaches but funnily enough my neighbor had no idea until the other day when she was complaining about headache and I told her. She said she never drinks water, maximum a glass a day.With the Holidays approaching many starts thinking they should lose weight or panic that they will gain weight. So for you to survive the holidays without too much panic you need to start with drinking enough water. Water is essential when it comes to weight loss so if you want to at least make sure you don't gain any weight this month then you have to drink more water if you aren't already. The water will fill you up and take away some of the hunger cravings you might have.
Starting from tomorrow you will add five glasses of water per day. It is easiest to remember them if you drink them throughout the day; 1 glass before breakfast, 1 glass between breakfast and lunch, 1 glass at lunch, 1 between lunch and dinner and 1glass at dinner.
Just by doing that you are giving your body something really good and in return it will keep headaches and cravings at bay.
