31 years of dieting

31 years of dieting

You might think it sound's ridiculous but it's not. "Who spends 31 years dieting?"

Well actually more people than you might think. A British study shows that women especially spend too much time worrying about diets and looking slim. Usually these slimming thoughts come creeping around New Year. "A new year, a new you". Ever heard that one before?
How many times have you thought that you should take up an exercise? Did you get around to do it? Most of us don't, we get too bored or make excuses like; "Life is too short".
Well that's absolutely right, life is too short. Don't waste it sitting around thinking you're going to take up that exercise some day.
Start today!
You can start by cleaning out your cupboard of all those snacks.
Hey, it's a start.

Its not all about constant dieting.Serial dieting takes over your life,it can cause anxiety and misery.Good nutrition and exercise is not something that should be considered as something that you do for short periods in your life. They should become part of your lifestyle.Incorporate exercise in your life or take up a sport or activity that you have always wanted to do.A change in lifestyle requires better goals than just weight loss, this gives you added motivation to achieve something.Make exercise a part of your daily routine so it becomes familiar as brushing your teeth. The problem many people have is that they think about how hard exercise is going to be.Try not to think about it all. When the hour comes in the day when you workout, just do it.Avoid thinking about it prior to that, because all it does is that it keeps your mind focused on how difficult it wiil be.Don’t spend any time thinking about it and you will avoid that stress.
