A fruity day!
5 a day is the goal, but some people simply don´t remember to eat 5 fruits a day. Or don´t feel like it. Me for example.

But there are days when I can eat fruit all day long. Not to make up for what I have lost during the week but to feel good. When you have had too much of the good stuff it can be nice to have a food break and only eat fruit for a day. Or at least a lot of it.

What about having a day once a week where you only eat fruit? Have you tried that?
But a fruit salad Is so boring you say. Surely you can´t be expected to eat that all day? Well if the salad is nice, then why not? If you are supposed to eat fruit then why not make sure you spend your money wisely and buy good fruit. The quality is important.

You can drink a Pear Sunset drink for breakfast or why not offer it to the dinner guests?
You have to make sure you use the seasonal fruit as well. So if lychees for example are on sale, then go ahead and eat them!

I just love persimmon so I use it in everything when it´s in season. And of course in my salads.

And yes, it is said that even if you freeze the fruit it will still contain the nutrients as before freezing. That can be good to know if you aren´t going to eat your fruit for some days.

If you don´t feel like eating fruit only then make sure you eat at least 5 on your fruit day.

An apple a day keeps the Doctor away...
