A pressure to be perfect
There is a pressure to be perfect out there that we are surrounded by everyday.

I recently read an article about some women and their routines. One woman drank or ate only organic food, one had some special hair analysis done to know what nutrients she needed, one did yoga every morning, they all had a very healthy lifestyle in common.

Too healthy for my taste. When I read the article I felt that all my efforts aren't enough. I am a healthy person, I do eat healthily, drink my water, do my exercise in a moderate way and try to be healthy in general.

But when I read this I thought that there is an enormous pressure on us today to be like this. To do yoga, cleanse our bodies and be healthy!
To what extent?

Should we really feel that bad when we read an article about being healthy? I do understand the idea behind the article but it made me feel the opposite way. Instead of wanting to do like them I felt that I needed to go and hide in the closet.

So what is a good fitness/health article? Isn't it suppose to make us feel that we have energy and want to get up and run instead of sitting in front of the TV?
How do you really feel when you read about all these perfect people that works out everyday and are very healthy? Can you connect with them?
