A quick fix
Sometimes we want to make a life change but we don´t know how to. With so many diets and calories to count it can get very confusing.

There are some basic things you can do though to help you start. You don´t need to feel stressed or worry that you are eating too much etc.
First; think through what you want to achieve, healthier lifestyle or weight loss?

By making simple changes in you life you can achieve that without having to feel stressed. Whatever your goal these simple steps can help you.

Take a look in your fridge. No you don´t need to throw out everything.
Some simple quick fixes:
Reduce your soda intake, change it for water. You can still drink soda, just change a glass or two for water instead.
Eat whole grains whenever you can. Skip the white bread. Start making your own delicious bread.
Eat more salad. Replace some of your rice, pasta, carbohydrates with salad.
Try too cook instead of fry. Yes you´ve probably heard that before. There are thousands of recipes where you don´t have to fry your food.
Eat more fruit instead of sugary desserts.

See that doesn´t sound too difficult does it?

And then there´s the exercise... Don´t worry, just add an extra 15minutes walking per day and then gradually increase the time.
Or invest in going to the gym, preferably with a personal instructor.

That´s a quick fix that even you can do!
