When you get into the habit of running you start pushing yourself. You want to run faster and farther for longer. But as with all exercise sometimes it´s difficult to continue seeing the results in what we do.
Former Navy lieutenant (SEAL) Stew Smith has written a guide on how to improve your running using his six week plan. The guide includes detailed information and images for specific exercises.
Stew has written many books about fitness, especially for the navy and army, many of them are available as e-books.
The six weeks running program is recommended for those who have been running at least 15-20 miles a week for some time and want to improve.
So if you are a runner and looking to vary and improve your running read Stew´s guide. It got some great tips and if you weren´t inspired before you will be after reading it.
