A young older adult

A young older adult
I always think that I want to be active when I get older. By that I mean around 65 and up. I want to be able to be out and about and enjoy myself. To be strong and healthy and play with possible grand children.

Now I have found a motivator to become this active old lady. I can get younger muscles if I only work out at least 2 times a week.
Research on over-65s has shown that regular resistance training appears to reverse signs of ageing in the muscles

Doesn´t that sound great?

That´s from a Canadian study to see how older adults react to exercise. And the results were surprising. They were better than expected.
So if you exercise regularly you can be an active young older adult.
That´s just what I´d like to be.

How many people do you know that are above 65 that still exercise regularly?
