Add lunges to your walk
If you want to have an even more intense walk and Feel Your legs and thighs being worked on then you can add lunges to your walk.

Lunges are great and you can implement them into your walks to add a little extra training. You can add as many lunges as you want but one way is to do five lunges, walk five steps as normal and then repeat the process as many times as you want.

If you want to you can go for more, maybe twelve lunges is better for you? Give it a try and find out what is comfortable for you. Doing lunges is a nice way to shape up while walking.

What is a lunge?
A lunge is basically a big step forward with one of your legs. Take a big step forward with your right leg, hands on your hips. Lean slightly forward and feel how your left outer thigh is stretched. You will want to do this slowly so that you can really feel your leg muscles work.

You might find yourself balancing a bit but that is perfectly normal. Stay in the position for a few seconds and continue.
You can also do lunges using weights.

Don´t forget to add some lunges to your next walk.
