Add some colors into your life!

Black is a favorite color among many. It makes you slim it says.
But isn't it time to change that? I also prefer black but I try to add some colors into my life whenever I can. Like a nice pair of blue leggings, shorts or a red top is usually a good option.
But you can also add color to your accessories. Look at these colorful bottles, doesn't it make you want to drink more water? Maybe not but at least you will get a colorful bottle to drink from.
Try to change your colors once in a while and your training will be more fun!
Different colors makes us happy and more energetic.
