If you are looking or an extra kick to get in shape, maybe I´ve found something for you.

Fitwatch.com offers a fitness tracker for a few dollars a month. It is supposed to help you keep track of all your calories.
You can sign up for their weekly newsletter and get an e-book for free. I am waiting for my e-book to see what it says.


Fitness2Live
is another site offering advice and guidance on a healthy life.
You can search their site for low fat recipes and you can be part of their Active life program.

I think these kinds of programs are good if you need an extra kick to get started. Some you pay for, some you don´t.
These are just two examples out of a few that I´ve given you before.
