Every time I've decided to lose weight I've bought a bottle of apple cider vinegar. Knowing that I will probably drink it a few times and then just use it when I cook instead.
An surely I am not the only one who's done this
My mother told me to dilute one-two table spoons in a glass of water and drink it in the morning. Which I've of course tried. But I don't think it's a very pleasant thing to drink first thing in the morning.
Apple cider vinegar is suppose to be good for; losing weight, higher metabolism, lower blood pressure, skin problems and fatigue, among other things.
Well I 'm not sure it does actually help as I haven't seen it myself but there are those who says it is good if you want to lose weight. Including my mother of course, funny that she's always gained the weight afterwards.
If you like to cook you can even make your own vinegar.

Thanks, I'll have a look at that! Well then it seems it 's not only me then who buys it but then don't drink it. :)

and scroll down, you can hear a short radio program about the benefits of apple cider vinegar. Though I've bought some, I can't seem to bring myself to drink it either.
