The magic is called: Smoothie Time.
I think this is fab!
You put all your goodies in a blender with some water, yogurt or milk and mix and drink!
Done!
It's so easy that you can't go wrong.
And don't be afraid to try a new smoothie everyday, the choices are endless.
If you feel you want to add something extra to it go to your local health store and ask for some super foods like spirulina. Add depending on your body's needs. Or add some fibres, always good.
Here's a smoothie for you.
Banana smoothie
½ banana
1 glass of natural yogurt
1 glass of milk
1 tbsp concentrated apple juice
cinnamon
Peel and slice the banana, add remaining ingredients, mix and pour into a glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
