Exercises For Everyone

I have a back pain that comes and goes at least once a year and it makes me so bad that I can´t get up for a few days. It get totally impossible for me to do anything at all except for staying in bed.
Obviously this is annoying so I have since long done back exercises to keep my back strong.
The exercises I´ve done are easy ones that I can implement in my everyday life without having to get into fitness gear etc.
Exercise is also those simple exercises that we do to get on with life. Such as these simple back exercises.
We have to take care of our back, it´s what will hold us up straight when we get older.
