Maybe you have been thinking about how it would be to compete in bodybuilding?
Of course you need to be in good form to even start thinking about competing. If you are a beginner the best you can do is to contact other body builders or an experienced fitness trainer.
The preparations include lots of training and a vital part of that is your diet. As you are preparing yourself for a competition your body needs to be in excellent form.
You need to know how to pose, know what supplements to take etc.
And you have probably noticed that most bodybuilders are tanned and oiled as well. Everything to look their best on the day of competing.
It doesn't seem to be so easy and I am impressed with the competitors determinations!
Many people enjoy watching these competitions, are you one of them?
