Bodybuilding for women
Some women are not very strong by nature; I am not one of those. I have more muscles than I'd like to have actually and I don't even do a lot of weight training. That could of course be an advantage had I wanted to start with bodybuilding.
If you are a woman and have thought about it then I think you should read more at Women Fitness where they describe in detail what bodybuilding is all about. You can read about how you start, muscles, principles and much more.
Even if you haven't thought about starting with bodybuilding it can be interesting to read. You will see how much work is behind that body. Determination is a word that comes to my mind.
Bodybuilding may not be for everyone but it is an important part of weight training and sport and today's women are showing that it's not only for men. If you are a woman; have you thought about starting with bodybuilding?
I completely agree with you.whoever it be, to get muscular body we had to spend time and energy. Both men and women had to take proper diet and had to do proper fitness workouts.

There is no easy way – you need a strong mind and body. However with the correct mental approach you can maximise your gains http://www.hypnobusters.com/hypnosisdownloads/muscleenhancementhypnosis.html
I agree with the previous comment by Jon. The power of the mind plays a big role in the pursuit of bodybuilding success.
A number of years ago I developed a self hypnosis program for this very subject, which has been used by both men and women.
