Breathing while exercising
Have you heard about exercise induced asthma?

It is the result of not breathing properly during exercise causing you to gasp for air. This is because of the lack of oxygen going the blood cells makes the body react negatively.
When I was a teenager I had this until I learned how to breath while exercising. Today I no longer have this problem.

When you exercise you don't want to become breathless. Neither do you want to take in so much air that you feel bad. The best way to regulate how much air you are taking in is to breath through your nose. That way you will also clear your nostrils better.

Of course when the impact is high it might be necessary for you to breath through your mouth.
One easy thing you can do to see how you are breathing is to push your stomach in when you breath out. And opposite.

When you learn how to breath properly your body can concentrate on burning fat and making you feel better.

It is very important that you don't try and push yourself if you are re-initiating your training or if you are breathless. Take a moment and breath slowly and you will feel better and can continue to exercise.

Learn about how you best take care of your body through breathing and you will be able to exercise more!
