Butt exercises
Usually a woman is worried about two things on her body: Her breasts and her butt.

Of course the rest of the body is not to be forgotten but this is usually what a woman will tell you she´s worried about.
Especially when it´s bikini time. If you don´t live near the beach all year around you start to worry when summer is coming closer.

So why are we so worried about our behinds? And why are men so attracted to them? The original thought of a butt must have been to be able to sit on it.
And then it became a sex symbol.

So of course we worry when bikini times are near. We want to get in shape and get a beautiful behind.
You don´t want to hide behind scarveslinks or skirts all summer do you?

But it´s not without sweating you are going to get it. You have to make sure you do your exercises. Like everything else you won´t see results at first but don´t stop!

I found some really good exercises that I´m going to try out. The instructions are clear and you can´t go wrong.
