Calorie King offers a software that you can download from their site. If you want to you can also buy and extra book for a few dollars. The software is free for 7 days but after that you will have to pay for it.
They also have articles, clubs and forums.
Another calorie counting program is Diet Power. They say they guarantee your success. You simple log your target weight and the program will tell you how much you need to eat. You log your daily calorie intake and will keep track of how many calories you have consumed. Their software has 11,000 foods stored and shows nutrition facts as well as exercise tips, menus etc. You can try for free for 15 days.
The above is free for a trial but after the trial you have to pay. If you want a free program you have check out Calories per Hour. They offer free advice and calorie counter. They have an extended list of restaurants etc with calorie counting for different dishes. You click on your favorite restaurant, the dish you want and the program calculates the calories, carbs, nutrition, protein, fat and sodium, the dish contains.
These are just a few diet programs that are around, I haven´t tried any of them so I cannot tell you whether or not they work. If you have tried any of the above, please feel free to share your experiences.
