Calorie cutting part 2

Please remember that this is only if you are overweight and need to cut calories, and have been told to do so by your doctor.
It is said that by cutting calories you might actually live longer as well.
But remember that exercise is always needed for a successful weigh loss and to keep it.
Eat more vegetables, might seem like an unnecessary advice still so many people don't do it. They don't like vegetables and don't want to try it. I have found that many things I thought I didn't like because I didn't like it as a child, I now love as a grown up. So don't be afraid to try new food, you might actually like it.
Light dressings, go for yogurt instead of creamy dressings. Just as good and better for your digestion
.Try to boil your favorite meals instead of frying them. Yes I know in many cases you just can't do that but you'd be surprised how many good new recipes are discovered by just doing the opposite as to what it says in the original recipe. Add or remove ingredients as you please.
As for desserts, I am crazy about fruit salads at the moment. I mix everything, especially oranges and sharon fruit.
There are over 100's of ways to cut calories, you only need to find your favorite way.
