Can you eat yourself happy?
Can you really eat yourself happy?
How does the food we eat affect our mood? Can it be that the food we eat is more important than we think it is?

Actually there are certain foods that can bring us happiness. Well at least make us feel happier. Food to make you happy includes: tomatoes, pineapplelinks, figs, bananas, and of course chocolate. Of the latter you should probably not consume too much.

These ingredients are included in the Good Mood Food Diet. A diet in which the food are suppose to make you happy.

So a simple tomato salad can improve your day. I can imagine that the colors are a part of what makes us happy as well. Is there anything more appetizing than a beautiful fruit salad or a beautifully decorated dish?

Even more reason to eat five a day. Fill your plate with fruits and vegetables and be happy.
