Stay Healthy

There is no better way to feel alive and full of energy than after a good workout.
When you feel you have been sweating and your body aches a little because you did your best.
The day after your workout when your body tells you it had a very good workout, maybe a little too good, the day before. And you love it!
When you´ve had a good workout you enjoy the pain that comes with it. It makes you feel you did well and you start looking forward to your next workout.
I love that feeling and that is why I continue to push myself even on the days when I´d rather stay in bed. Because I know that afterwards I will feel so good!
Can you feel it? The feeling of pleasure and pride in what you do for yourself.
Isn't it great to exercise?!?
