Choose your diet
I love talking about health and fitness and what food does to our body. I always read about different kinds of diets, how food can help us and different exercises we can do.
There must be a zillion different diets out there and as many people to try them.

I am usually very skeptical when it comes to new diets.
Every day you see a headline in the newspaper that says: "Lose XX in XX days". And people run off to buy the paper and get ready to go on another diet.
Question is, how many diets have you already tried?

Most diets are great the first few days, you loose a lot of water and therefore you think, Oh this is great. But to burn the fat is another thing.
I totally understand people who needs and wants to lose weight and that they are willing to try another diet they haven't tried. But you get tired doing that as well. Your body gets tired.

Before starting a new diet I think it's important to ask some questions; What do I know about this diet? Is it good for my body, does it work? What about in the long run? Has anyone actually lost weight with it? And finally, will it suit me? Can I stick to it without having a hard time?

Do your research and find the best diet for you.

As always, good luck! I wish you all the best whatever diet you choose!
