Choosing the right sport shoes
Unfortunately we sometimes let our economy decide what kind of sport shoes we are going to buy.
We think that it doesn't really matter, they all look pretty much the same.

Well they aren't.
First you should decide for what you are going to use your shoes for. Are you going to use them for running, in the gym, for walking, for what? You should also take into consideration how much you will use the shoe
For example, if you are going rock climbing your shoe will have a stiffer sole than a running shoe ..

When buying shoes your salesman should have very good knowledge of what kind
of shoe you should buy but it doesn't hurt to know some fact before you buy.
Depending on the shoe you could actually damage your feet and your back while using them

Your shoe needs to be the right size for you and be soft but not to soft to give support.
Looking at a simple little shoe guide can help you find the shoe for you.

Thankfully I am married to an ex shoe salesman so I haven't got this problem but it's good to know what to buy if he's not around.
I hope this guide will show you the importance of choosing the right exercise shoe.
