Competing and party
Competing and party doesn´t go hand in hand you think. Well it does!

You can have a great time competing, even more if you do it with someone else. If you already have a training partner who is also a good friend then suggest you participate in a competition for some fun challenging together.

Train and motivate each other. Plan for the competition but also plan for your reward.
Imagine competing hard and Feeling Good because you actually did it and then reward yourself with some luxury.
After all that you deserve a giggle and some relaxation and what better way to do that than celebrating with your friend who is just as tired as you.

Something that we women loves is spa treatment. Most of us can spend hours at a spa just being taken cared of. But these days you can see more and more men at the spa actually.
There are spa´s for all tastes all over the US and Europe!

A night at a hotel with some luxury spa treatment will relax any tired muscles you might have after the competition. You can eat a nice dinner and refill in the morning with a big hotel breakfast.

Doesn´t that sound good?! Think about it and think that all the efforts you went trough to make it to the competition will be worth it.
Competing is for fun so why not have fun all the way?
