I believe that a healthy mind brings you a healthy body so to be able to fully concentrate on your fitness goals and training you need to be able to concentrate.
Research says that by improving our concentration we can keep our minds younger for longer. It´s called attention training and it can actually be fun at the same time.
"There are a growing number of activities, from crossword puzzles to Sudoku, promoted as ways to keep our minds young," said Jennifer Mozolic.
If you have problems concentrating and like these kinds of brain teasers then you can enjoy it without feeling that you aren´t doing anything.
You are actually training your attention and by doing that you can focus on leading a healthy life.
