Connect with your child through yoga.
I have just read a very interesting article about mothers practicing yoga.

Basically what the article says it that you shouldn´t disconnect with your child when it´s out of the womb. You should continue to communicate and be aware of their feelings when they come out.

If your child suffers from colic, that could be because they feel if you are stressed the article suggests.

When bringing your child to a yoga class you can actually be there without doing the yoga movements but instead focus on your child with that inner calm that the yoga class brings.

See I liked the article because it shows that practicing yoga can actually help stressed mothers. So when you feel that you haven´t got time to exercise then you can start doing yoga with your child or without it and become a calmer mother.
That is perfect for new mothers, a first child can bring a lot of stress and worry. By focusing on yourself and your child in a healthy way you can become a calm mother with a healthier lifestyle.

Actually I think everyone that is stressed should try yoga. It´s an excellent way to calm down.

You can read the full article over at Yoga Journal.
