Connect with your child through yoga.

Basically what the article says it that you shouldn´t disconnect with your child when it´s out of the womb. You should continue to communicate and be aware of their feelings when they come out.
If your child suffers from colic
, that could be because they feel if you are stressed the article suggests. When bringing your child to a yoga class you can actually be there without doing the yoga movements but instead focus on your child with that inner calm that the yoga class brings.
See I liked the article because it shows that practicing yoga can actually help stressed mothers. So when you feel that you haven´t got time to exercise then you can start doing yoga with your child or without it and become a calmer mother.
That is perfect for new mothers, a first child can bring a lot of stress and worry. By focusing on yourself and your child in a healthy way you can become a calm mother with a healthier lifestyle.
Actually I think everyone that is stressed should try yoga. It´s an excellent way to calm down.
