Cutting calories part 1

Of course you already know that cutting down on sugar and fat will help. When it comes to cooking something that will really help you is if you use the right utensils.
If you haven't already got one, go and buy yourself a Teflon pan. Well it's been said that it's not good to use Teflon but as long as you don't overheat your pan you should be fine from what I understand.
If you use a Teflon pan you can easily reduce your fat intake to half. Which means you save money and don't have to worry about eating too much fat.
Cut down on sodas. This one can be difficult, soda is addictive especially Coke. Try and reduce your intake to half.
Drink water instead. If you think the water is really tasteless try to add some apples, cucumber
, strawberries, oranges, lemons, pears, or anything else you can think of that is natural.Use skimmed milk instead of whole. There are usually different kinds in the supermarket, try different ones until you find "yours". By using skimmed milk you will cut down on the calories but still get the nutrients milk offer.
Something that I think is very important for not gaining weight is eating at the right times. Try to have your dinner around 17-19.00. Later than that and it will take longer for your body to digest the food and it could lead to weight gain. If you get hungry before you go to bed, try to eat something light.
As you can see, these are just small easy ways of cutting calories. And there are many more.
Feel free to share your best calorie cutting tips and I'll publish them here.
Good luck!
