Another Diet
by Linda Hernestal da Silva on October 27, 2007
With so many promising diet pills it's easy to fall for magic commercials and buy slimming pills that will make us happier. Because that is what we think we will be; happier if we lose the weight to any cost.
"To any cost"? Now wait, do we really want to go through diarrhea, vomiting, horrible headaches and possible liver damage or even a stroke to name a few extra effects that comes with it, only to get slim?
I'm not sure that sounds very tempting.
Are you afraid of the side effects when it comes to diet pills? Or do you think that the warnings are usually a bit over the top? For me it's better to be safe than sorry and try and lose weight with a healthy diet and exercise.
Have you suffered from any side effects when trying a diet pill?
