But the thing is, we don't know what tomorrow brings and maybe you won't have the chance of doing tomorrow what you should've done today.
So if you have decided sticking to a fitness program or something else than you should really try to stick to it.
It's all about discipline. You need to make sure that your goals are achievable and that it will not be a struggle for you to continue.
Sometimes it helps to make lists and put them where you can't forget about them. So that you are reminded of your goals all the time.
When you want to be fit discipline is essential! Look at Pauline, she even put on a 20lbs vest to burn 60 more calories so that she can become even fitter. That's discipline!
