Use a Hula hoop!
Yes, this is very effective if you want to lose a few inches of your waist.
Did you think it was only for kids? No, they come in different sizes and you can find one for you as well.
If you think that it seems too easy you can even get different ones that weighs more than a normal Hula Hoop. Because they also comes in different colors it becomes even more fun. Kids loves colors, what about you?
You don't have to become a champion like Lori Lynn Lomeli but you can have fun and enjoy yourself. And while you are having fun you are also toning your body, especially your tummy and waist.
So get a Hula hoop for yourself and for the kids, if you have any, and compete together!
It's a perfect exercise to do at home in front of the TV as well. Then you won't have an excuse not to move.
This needs to be re considered I think. It actually seems like great fun!
