Do you drink enough water?

If you want to loose weight water is an essential part of it. By drinking a lot of water you basically flush out your system of toxins.
We need to increase our water intake in order to loose weight. But even if you re not on a diet you should drink a lot of water.
It is said that we should drink 8 glasses per day.
How many glasses do you drink?
I sometimes keep a small 0.5L bottle with me and try to finish that 3-4 times a day. Some days I can, others are more difficult.
Do you have any tips for how we can easily drink all that water?
I add fruits or vegetables to my water, orange slices, lemon slices, or strawberries, cucumber
, carrots, pears, apples, find your own combinations.It makes drinking that water so much easier!
