Do you drink enough water?
I try to drink at least a glass of water per hour but I must admit that usually I don't even remember to do that. Depending on what life we lead and how stressed we are we sometimes forget about these important things.

If you want to loose weight water is an essential part of it. By drinking a lot of water you basically flush out your system of toxins.
We need to increase our water intake in order to loose weight. But even if you re not on a diet you should drink a lot of water.

It is said that we should drink 8 glasses per day.
How many glasses do you drink?
I sometimes keep a small 0.5L bottle with me and try to finish that 3-4 times a day. Some days I can, others are more difficult.

Do you have any tips for how we can easily drink all that water?
I add fruits or vegetables to my water, orange slices, lemon slices, or strawberries, cucumberlinks, carrots, pears, apples, find your own combinations.
It makes drinking that water so much easier!
