Do you want natural sun protection? Eat apricots.
You are probably enjoying being in the sun now while you can.
In a few months the darkness will come and we will remember the sunny days and what we did.

Sun protection is a must when staying in the sun. And maybe you have been thinking about a more natural protection than sun lotion. Did you know that there are certain foods that can protect you against the free radicals in the suns UV rays?
Not said that you don't need to apply sun screen lotion, but it can help protect you a little more.

Apricots, among other fruits and vegetables such as carrots, contain beta-carotene, which protects you in the sun.
Beta-Carotene also helps prevent night blindness and other eye problems, skin disorders, enhance immunity, protects against toxins and cancer formations, colds, flu, and infections. It is an antioxidant and protector of the cells while slowing the aging process. Sources of Beta-Carotene can be found in a good liquid multivitamin.

Only eating apricots will not protect you against the UV rays but it helps your body and prepares it for the summer sun.

Go on and have an apricot and enjoy staying in the sun while you can, but don´t forget the sun screen lotion.
