Does your kitchen color affect your eating habits?
Imagine you come home to a dark colored kitchen, or an old yellow worn out kitchen. How would you feel when you walked in there? Would you feel inspired to prepare a healthy dinner?

Now imagine you come home to a light green, bright colored kitchen. No necessarily white but a kitchen with bright colors. Do you think you will prepare Junk food in that kitchen?

You might think that it doesn´t matter too much what color your kitchen is in but it does. The color of your kitchen can inspire you too cook healthier. Deep heavy colors call for junk food and light and bright colors call for healthy food.

Of course you can cook unhealthy food in a bright kitchen but if you use bright colors in your life you are more likely not to. Bright colors make us happy and a happy person is more likely to eat healthier and take care of oneself better.

Think about it and take a look at your kitchen, is it inspiring you to cook healthy?
