Doing the right arm exercises
We use our arms everyday and yet we forget they are so important to us. They carry bags, lift up kids, help us clean, we use them for almost everything. Some movements are heavier than others.

But we have to remember that even though we use our arms everyday we can still help them get stronger and by that use make even more use of them.

Women especially has more fat on their arms and usually needs to do more arm exercises than a man.
But as a woman you still don't want to look bulky so sometimes you skip an exercise because of that. But there is no need to do that. Ask your personal trainer at the gym, you hopefully visit, and he/she will show you easy exercise you can do.

For you to understand what muscles you have, look at this Muscle Zone. There you can find the muscles and what exercises that helps that particular muscle.

Test your limit when you start doing arm exercises. You are probably stronger than you think but that doesn't mean you should add an extra 10kilos. Keep a journal of how many repetitions you do and add to it.

As with all exercises it's very important that you do it right. If you don't do it the right way then you won't see the results you'd like. Someone who explains this is Stephen Holt, Personal trainer of 2003.

If you are a man and want bigger muscles, this program could be something for you.

We have to remember to use our arms and make them stronger. That way it will be easier when we get older.
And who doesn't want good looking arms?
