Don't forget your skin

You say that you take care of yourself. You eat healthily, exercise and do all the thing we are "supposed" to do in order to be called a healthy person.
But there is something that is a vital part of our health that we sometimes forget. Or maybe I should say usually? I do it all the time. I tell myself to do it but I forget.
To moisturize.
I forget it all the time and I know how important it is because I've suffered from severe dryness and had to use special made cream to get rid of it. Still I forget.
Because what does it matter if we have a good looking body if our skin is dry? A healthy glowing skin is much more beautiful.
This is especially important if you work out a lot and shower after each training. Which most people do. And this is not only for women but for men as well. So for us that exercises it is even more important I'd say.
So don't forget to take care of your skin. It is after all the outside that we see first. And you will feel so much better with a glowing skin.
