Don't kill yourself the first day

You want to be good. You want to become so good that you are willing to do a lot to get there.
You have decided that you are going to start a new life, lose weight or run a marathon or something big. That will require a lot of you. Blood sweat and tears is what you have imagined and that's what you'll go through if that is what it takes for you to get where you want to be.
Great! Great to hear you really have goals and that you know it will be hard work getting there. Great to hear you are determined and focused. Great to hear you will not just sit on a chair and think about what you could do. Great that you get up and go after what ever it is that you want.
But, and there is always a but somewhere when we talk about these things, don´t kill yourself the first day. Don´t go to hard on yourself in the beginning or you will soon stop and you will not even be half ways to where you want to be.
Reaching our goals takes time, no matter if it has to do with money or health. The important thing is to never give up.
Set small goal and you will succeed! Good luck starting your new life and continuing with your dreams.

That is so true. I purchased an in-home walking workout DVD and gave it a shot. I did the two mile walk and decided to check out the three mile walk. Instead of just watching, I ended up doing it...I couldn't stop myself. lol. Not that it was bad or anything, but I think I could have just settled for the two mile walk.

*lol* Well I´m sure it was a great workout but just like you said you couldv´e just done the 2 miles. :)
