But how do you get it? Well the different kinds of celebrity workouts are many and it´s not possible to know exactly which one J-Lo is doing to keep in shape. But there are several workouts you can do that can help you a bit on the way.
As always what works for me might not work for you, our bodies are different so if you think something isn´t working, try something else.
But with so many workouts there must be something that will change your butt to the better if that is what you are after.
If you aren´t lucky to have a PT to push you to do the exercises, take a picture of your self and beside that put a picture of someone you would like to have a similar body as.
It´s not so that you will try and look like that person but as a motivator to get into a good shape yourself. And it works! Every time you look at the picture of yourself and the role model you will want to work out harder.
But, once again, do not try to become a copy of the person, you look better as yourself. It is only a way to motivate yourself.
