Enjoy a healthy Thanksgiving
What most people are looking forward to in the next couple of days is getting together and enjoy delicious food for Thanksgiving.

The best way to not regret what you ate afterwards is to eat a little bit of everything but not more than you need. By tasting a little bit of everything you will make everyone happy and won't miss out on anything delicious.

The turkey in it self is actually not bad at all depending on the stuffing, it's often the side dishes and desserts that are more fattening. If you are worried there won't be enough salad or low fat alternatives then bring your own salad or side dish. Or you can make a low calorie dessert to enjoy after all that turkey.

Walking is excellent for digestion and to make room for more food so go for a walk in between meals, try to get other family members to walk with you. If you think there will be no time during the day get up a little bit earlier in the morning and go for a walk.

Prepare yourself for a healthy thanksgiving, it will soon be Christmas and that means more food. But don't worry, if you eat too much there will always be time to start a healthy lifestyle afterwards, most important is to enjoy Thanksgiving.
