Exercising for a healthy heart

Having a heart condition doesn't mean that you shouldn't exercise. By exercising, your heart will become stronger and the Possibilities of having a heart attack for example are less.
Depending on your lifestyle, but you should always consult your Doctor before taking up an exercise, especially if you have any health problems.
After a heart attack it is important that you take care of yourself even more. By eating and exercising the right way you can continue to lead a happy active life.
There is no reason for you to stop being active.
You only need to follow your Doctors advice and make sure you try not to stress.
Take care and exercise for a healthy heart.
