Exercising with someone else
Do you exercise by yourself of with someone else?
Most people probably exercise by them self. It's something we do in private.

But exercising with someone else has many benefits and will make your work out more fun.
By inviting a friend along to the gym or on a run means that you will have someone to talk to and the time will pass much quicker than if you were on your own.
You can help each other with different exercises in the gym to make sure that you progress all the time.

You won't have an excuse not to go to the gym because your friend is waiting for you. That means you will probably feel more motivated than if you worked out by yourself and it will be easier for you to achieve your exercise goals.

Maybe you even take your partner along when you go to the gym. That is even better, then you have no excuse at all to stay at home. If you don't your partner to see you all sweaty go to the gym together and then workout in different parts of the gym, that will be OK.

And how do you find a training partner?
Start asking around among your friends if they want to join you. If not, don't be afraid of asking someone at the gym or at work. Perhaps they as well are looking for someone.
If you really want to find one, you will in time.

Have fun!
