It´s Saturday and hopefully you are about to spend time with your family.

Relaxing over the weekend usually means staying inside watching TV.
It could be so much more fun!
Why not take the family for a nice walk in the forest, or go swimming?

To laugh is always good for your health so why not play some funny games?
There are plenty of outdoor games and activities you can do together.
You don´t need to have a big garden, some games don´t require a lot of space.
The main point is that you have fun and move around more than you usually do in front of the TV.

But the Tv is more confortable ... because when you come home from work all you wanna do is sit on your big comfortable couch and have a snack in front of tv and you just get in that lasy mood .. and next day it's much more easy to do the same thing than going in the forest with your family. It would be nice to go, but that just does't happen.

Yes, that´s right.... It´s very comfortable and difficult to change.. I totally agree. But after you´ve done it you feel so much better!
