Sometimes we get so tired of walking the same distance and the same way that we simply start reducing our exercise until it's almost non existing. Or we continue but without the energy we used to feel before, we are tired of the same routine.
You might not think of it like that, but it could be time for a change.
Maybe you need find you favorite place to exercise, it might not be where you think it is.
your new favorite place need not be hard.
Simply walk in the opposite direction next time you go for a walk. If you have a bad sense of direction, like me, it's advisable that you bring a map so you can find your way home again.
The same goes if you like to ride your bike but are tired of the same way.
If you don't walk or ride a bicycle you can still change your routine.
Go to another gym a few times, most gyms have got single passes you can buy. Buy a few, have a work out there and then go back to your normal gym.
Or try outdoor sports instead of going to the gym. Most people prefer to stay outside.
If you are still not happy then have a look in the phone book or in a local map. Find a place you have never been to that seems interesting and go there. There are usually loads of places that we forget exists close to us. Maybe your new favorite place is somewhere really close to you?
