Fitness education at school
I never really liked my gym classes at school. Many students don't for various reasons. I didn't like it because I thought it was just boring. Some students are shy and don't want to embarrass themselves.

Well no matter what your personal reasons as a student for not liking gym class are it´s something that is necessary. Many student don´t exercise at all outside of school. If you come from a family that doesn´t lead a active life it´s easy to fall into that pattern of doing nothing.
Instead you sit at home watching TV.

Many schools have increased their hours of fitness and exercise education. Today you don´t only play basketball, you actually learn what exercise does to your body.
How it´s good for you.

What is also important is to create a good environment that encourage a healthy lifestyle. Serving better food for example.

I also think that it´s important to try and find activities that most students like. That exercising is connected with fun. Having fun is an excellent motivator.

Do you think that schools offer enough education about health and fitness today?
